This is the first place to look when a tool refuses to run: almost every tool in the toolbox validates the license before it does anything, so an expired or missing license explains most unexplained failures.

  • The window reports three license facts: All three read Not Licensed when no valid license is present.

  • The Version shown is the installed add-in version. Quote it in any support request.
  • Visit our sites links open the Khmer GRS Academy web pages in the default browser.
  • Contact Admin gives the support telephone number and contact links.
  • The window is informational. It does not activate or renew a license — contact the administrator using the details shown.

របៀបប្រើ

  1. On the KGA Toolbox tab, in the Product group, click About.
  2. Check the License Information section. If it reads Not Licensed, no licensed tool will run.
  3. Note the Version number before contacting support.
  4. Close the window with the ✕ button.
