Parcel Division Form

Parcel subdivision in Cambodia requires a standardised form listing the original parcel, the resulting parts, the land address, adjacent landowners, and thumbprint approvals. This tool assembles that form from the map and typed input rather than from manual transcription.

• Before Division Parcel (if more, select only one) takes the original parcel. If the layer holds many parcels, select exactly one in the map before running — the form describes a single division event.
• After Division Parcel takes the layer holding the resulting parts. Choose Divided Part Field identifies which field distinguishes one part from another, and the tool counts the parts from it to fill Number of Division automatically.
• Both parcel parameters accept polygon layers only.
• Check Generate Parcel Dimension? to include boundary dimensions on the form.
• The remaining parameters are grouped into collapsible categories on the dialog. All are optional — fill in what the form requires and leave the rest blank:

• The Land Address drop-downs are populated from the project data, so the district, commune, and village choices narrow as the province is selected.

1. Add both the original parcel layer and the divided-parcel layer to the map.
2. If the original layer contains more than one parcel, select the single parcel being divided.
3. On the KGA Toolbox tab, in the Mapping group, open the Mapping menu and click Parcel Division.
4. Type the requester's name in Request Person.
5. Set Before Division Parcel and After Division Parcel.
6. Set Choose Divided Part Field, then confirm Number of Division under Division Information has been counted correctly.
7. Expand Land Address and choose the province, district, commune, and village.
8. Expand Adjacent Landowner Information and Right Thumbprint Approval and fill in the names the form requires.
9. Click Run.

Requires an active KGA Toolbox license. The tool validates the license before running.
