This tool has no parameters. It acts on the layer selected in the Contents pane.

ការប្រើប្រាស់

  • This is a toggle. Click once to apply the ID labelling, click again to restore what was there before.
  • A point layer must be selected in the Contents pane. The button is disabled otherwise, and its tooltip says why:

Wrong geometry typeShow Point ID requires a point layer.
  • This tool differs from Show Area and Show Length. Those add a new, dedicated label class. This one takes over the layer's first existing label class — creating one named Class 1 if the layer has none — and marks it with the expression title KGA_ShowPointID. The practical effect is that any label expression already on that first class is replaced while the tool is active. The original expression, title, and engine are remembered and put back when you toggle the tool off, so nothing is lost — but do not expect your existing labels to keep showing alongside the IDs.
  • The label uses an Arcade expression built from the layer's ID field, so no field is created and the schema is untouched.

របៀបប្រើ

  1. In the Contents pane, click the point layer to select it.
  2. On the KGA Toolbox tab, in the Data Management group, open the Quick Label menu and click Show Point ID.
  3. The point IDs appear on the map, replacing whatever the layer's first label class was showing.
  4. To restore the original labelling, select the same layer and click Show Point ID again.
