Coordinate Listing

The coordinate listing is the tabular half of a parcel record — the numbered corner coordinates that accompany the map sheet.

  • Output Format determines what is written: Choose Survey Report when the file itself is the deliverable; choose CSV when the coordinates feed another system.

  • Coordinate Precision is the number of decimal places, defaulting to 3 — millimetre precision for a layer in metres. Raising it does not add accuracy the survey never had; lowering it to 2 or 3 keeps the listing honest about the data's real precision.
  • Check Export point features? to also create a point feature class of the corners, set in Output Point Feature Class. This is the geometry equivalent of the listing, useful for checking the corners against the mapped boundary.
  • Input Parcel Layer accepts polygon layers only and should be in a projected coordinate system, so the listed coordinates are ground coordinates rather than degrees.

Parcel ID FieldField

The field identifying each parcel, used to group the coordinate rows.

Output FormatString

The form of the output file. Default is CSV.

The number of decimal places written for each coordinate. Default is 3.

  • Checked — Output Point Feature Class is enabled.
  • Unchecked (default) — Only the file is written.
Output Point Feature Classជម្រើសFeature Class

The corner point feature class. Required when Export point features? is checked.

របៀបប្រើ

  1. Confirm the parcel layer uses a projected coordinate system.
  2. On the KGA Toolbox tab, in the Geoprocessing group, open the Cadastral Tools gallery and click Coordinate Listing.
  3. Set Input Parcel Layer and Parcel ID Field.
  4. Set Output Format — Survey Report for a deliverable document, Excel for a printable table, CSV for onward import.
  5. Set Output Coordinate Table to the output file path.
  6. Set Coordinate Precision to reflect the survey's real precision.
  7. To cross-check the corners on the map, check Export point features? and set Output Point Feature Class.
  8. Click Run.
